At Abhinandhan.com, we take pride in delivering fresh organic products and farm-fresh milk to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled **before 6 PM a day prior** to the scheduled delivery.
  • For subscription milk deliveries, cancellations must be made at least **12 hours in advance**.
  • Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

  • We **do not offer refunds** for delivered products due to their perishable nature.
  • If your order is canceled within the allowed time, any prepaid amount will be **refunded to the original payment method within 3-7 business days**.
  • Partial refunds are not available once the delivery is initiated.

3. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive **damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products**, please report it to us within **6 hours of delivery** with a photo or video proof.
  • We will provide a **free replacement** in the next delivery cycle or issue a credit for your next order.
  • No replacements will be issued for delays caused by **incorrect delivery address** or **failure to collect delivery**.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot process refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Customer provided **wrong address or contact details**.
  • Delivery could not be completed because the **customer was unavailable**.
  • Customer **changed their mind** after delivery.
